Great TV at great price. Very quick despatch and delivery. Item seemed to be carefully handled by courier Fed-Ex even in the excessive rain and wind. Communication from Hills was excellent. I was informed of order acceptance, despatch and delivery estimate. It arrived on time. I would definitely buy from Hills again and recommend to others.

First time using Hills and they were perfect. Ordered on the Monday and my delivery (an LG C5 oled tv) came the next day without issue. The TV is excellent and Hills were selling it £50 cheaper than everywhere else, which left some pennies for a wall mount and other accessories.

I usually use Richer Sounds for this type of thing but no hesitation using Hills again in the future. 5⭐

Ordered TV online. Received confirmation online and prompt response to my query by email as to when I might receive the item. Despite ordering just after midday, I was politely advised that I would be in receipt of my order the next day. True enough, morning next day delivered on time, within time period notified! Very happy with service, customer care, and the item in question was a good price. Excellent all round.

Myself and my family used your company, you ripped us off, left incomplete works. Used incompetent engineers.

Didn't pay your staff for 3 months and then sacked them when you went into liquidation and you have the audacity to re-start the SAME business under a different name. I'm a friend of one of the engineers you employed, he's in so much debt since he couldn't pay his mortgage, his mental health has deteriorated because of Lorraine Ali and Upfix.

You didn't repair our machines correctly after many failed attempts because your engineers didn't know what they were doing.

Unfortunately now for Carters and Hills, my parents who have been using carters for 30+ years, all our family and friends have been advised to avoid and not to do business with you. They were a trusted family business that we relied on.
Now you have gone into business with Lorraine Ali, what an awful mistake and what a shame for your loyal customers.

Amazing service and price for a new Samsung OLED TV. I called Hills prior to placing my order, to double check the advertised price and didn’t hesitate to place my order after speaking with the Hills Team. After delivery, Hills were incredibly helpful in giving advice on how to mount the TV. In addition, they also sent a great guide on how to register the warranty and cash back from Samsung.
