Always good service at the hasland branch, drop it off, fix it, then call me to say its ready. Nothings too much of a problem.

Booked 2 days before, arrived and sorted within an hour to replace 4 tyres. Excellent job!

Efficient, friendly service

Took my car here a few months ago only to get it back with a whirring noise. Transpired they hadn't replaced an engine cover correctly so had to take it back. He couldn't get it back on properly so did as best he could. Whirring noise continued, although not as bad, so got a friend to sort in the end because it was annoying. These things happen.
Took the car there again as it is local. Gave them the failed MOT sheet. They ordered the parts but did say too much hassle to just fit the bush so they would do the job if they were replacing the whole arm. Ok, fair enough, we accepted that. Was very impressed at the quick turnaround. Took it back to the MOT garage only for it to still fail. He said the headlights had not been fitted correctly so he adjusted and that the garage had replaced the wrong part. Took back to HI Q. Mechanic said he has fitted exactly what the MOT certificate said. Rang the MOT garage who said they have printed off exactly what is wrong and if the mechanic wasn't sure or if there was still play in the wheel, then he should have mentioned it. After numerous calls and me visiting 4 other garages for their opinion, all 4 said the certificate was a bit unclear of which part it was so a mechanic should have asked and even then, they all said after fitting, they would have noticed there was still some play so should have realised there and then that something was amiss. Rang them back and advised what all 4 garages had said and only then did he admit that he was really busy and didn't have time to check. When I'm paying for a mechanic to make my car safe (failure of MOT is a sign it isn't roadworthy), you would think they would at least take 2 mins to check to see if there was any play in the wheel. They did offer to put the old part back on and refund that part of the bill but didn't see the point as he said that was on it's way out anyway. Not that I know anything about cars so I took his word on it.

ordered tyres in the morning, they arrived at 3, i was gone by 3:30. Great service.
Probably £5-10 more for 2 of my tyres (265/35/18) than others but I needed them same day.
