young lad, Joe, was on his own in the workshop having several other members of staff away/not show. He did an admirable job of holding the fort and sorted me out with two new tyres in good time. Good to see a lad willing to graft and take on the responsibilty. He should be recognised and rewarded by his boss.

Came in for some rear tyres for my BMW. I booked online. Service from Joe was exemplary from start to finish; from my follow up phone call to check the delivery and timeslot, to driving away. Despite being on his own, with one 'agency guy' for help, he got everything done perfectly and in a tight time frame, whilst under pressure. From a customer viewpoint, Joe is a credit to the company.

Recently took my car here to be serviced, collected and the following day service light was still on and coolant light came on. Took back and they booked it back in a few days later. Next day tyre pressure warning came on so husband filled tyres as all were low so obviously none had been checked. Took in they went over it with a fine tooth comb they said to make sure everything was done properly. 4 days later tyre blew out while out driving, managed to get it to another garage and they couldn’t believe it had been checked as steel was showing all the way round the inside of rear tyre! This could have been so dangerous, we will never take any of our vehicles back there again!

I had been let down for a job that had been booked in to garage only to find out on the day they couldn’t do the job they said they could which left me with no air conditioning luckily i came across James at HiQ who said he could get me in now as he had a space available he had the job sorted in an hour and it was alot cheaper than i was expecting to pay because it was a different gas in my vehicle… What can i say very friendly staff and James explained everything he had done what a lovely bunch of people very helpful well recommended
