The staff are very curtious, the thing that they do above everyone else that fits tyers ,is they clean the wheels and tyers of the soap they use, and make the wheels look clean and presentable

Do not use this company
This company treated me terribly. I was 8 months pregnant with a three year old daughter. They couldn't have been less help. More concerned with shutting their shop for their finish time. Emailed a complaint and their customer service team have informed me that apparently they have no duty of care to me as I'm not a customer, including offering me and more daughter somewhere safe to sit. Currently filing complaint to ombudsmen. Do not use this company.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. They left my pregnant wife and 3 year old daughter wondering around the forecourt and refusing to change a tyre because they ‘close in 45 minutes’ so can’t be bothered to help vulnerable people who have been taken to them by breakdown recovery. Do whatever you can to go to any other company than these.

Paul and his team are awesome - Leeds
I can tell some real horror stories of my experience with some garages being either incompetent, dishonest or both. They assume because I am a woman I know nothing about cars, but I do.
Paul Best and his team in Leeds are a breath of fresh air. Very honest, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. And believe me, I know the difference and you can trust my judgement.

Really great team of hard workers
Really great team of hard workers. Professionally fitted two brand new tyres. As I have a performance car, they made me aware of all the marks on my alloys before starting work and also didn’t use the gun to remove and refit the nut bolts (to avoid new scratches). The only garage that’s cleaned the soap after fitting the tyres - looked like it was never touched. Would highly recommend and already booked in for another tyre (the roads really are awful at the moment).

Still no response after 2 months ...
I put a review up here in Jan to call out this company for charging me for tyres and then fitting cheaper ones.
I was told to email HQ via a consumer complaints email address. I did that on the 29th Jan ... still have not had any response.
