Service provided by Kyle is first class and my fitment/balancing is always spot on.

I tend to get a bit anxious taking my F-type to any garage, but I was immediately reassured by Kyle's and Dan's professionalism. I could see they were very passionate about their work and took great care in looking after my car (and me). It was a real pleasure going to Neath HiQ Tyres, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Although Ford Specialists I took my Mazda in to Neath branch with electrical problems. Kyle and Dan were brilliant. No promises were made, but the comms were excellent and they completely embraced the challenge and fixed all the problems. My car is running like a dream and I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, knowledge and general love of cars.

Another amazing experience at the Neath branch with Kyle and the team for the MOT on my Porsche. They always go above and beyond with such a friendly service which is non-intimidating for a very non-mechanically minded female! Brilliant centre that we continue to use for anything car related! Used HiQ today for the first time as I needed to replace a tyre on my Kuga that had a nail in it. Kyle and Dan were brilliant, very effecient and friendly. Would definitely use HiQ again.

Great garage! never used the garage before but found they had the best deal on a full set of tyres, Dan found the online deal ordered them in and rang me back when they arrived to get my car booked in! < seems minimal but you won't believe how many garages don't know how to use their own phone. When I got there Dan sorted everything, tyres were on within the hour and ready to rock, advised me to pop in around every 6 weeks just to check the tyres to ensure I get the life out of them. In general really good price and just a nice helpful guy which is really difficult to find in a garage these days.

As a new driver and first time car owner I had to take my car in for new tyres and spoke to Kyle and Dan who were amazing and very informative! Absolutely amazing service, this is where I’ll be going from now on!

A very friendly service from HiQ Tyres & Autocare Neath. Kyle kept me informed throughout, prior to my arrival for the tyre fitting appointment and when my car was ready to collect. My wheel nut locking adaptor was placed in the car in a very neat HiQ little bag, all very nice touches to an already great service. The tyre prices were very competitive too.

Really impressed with Kyle at HiQ. It was the first time we’ve used the garage for our Porsche and so glad we found them! They were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with their service from start to finish and weren’t phased at all when we discovered that the locking wheel but was missing from the car which meant delaying the fitting. Will definitely used again on all of our cars and recommend to anyone.

Had two new rear tyres fitted on my GT86. Fantastic customer service from Dan & Kyle. Tyres were fitted quickly, and to a high standard. Would highly recommend.
