Great customer service and at a reasonable price

Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys. They let me take my car in late on a Friday afternoon, were cheerful and polite, and fixed it there and then for a great price. I’ve been before and always feel that they are genuinely there to help and provide a honest service, without any attempt to rip anyone off. Very highly recommend without hesitation.

Turned up to get puncture repair 10 minutes before closure time (unknown to me). The lads stayed open and did the repair anyway. They really could not have been more helpful.15

They were able, not only to replace my tyres, but my break pads on a moments notice. Awesome bunch and great service from start to finish.

Oh! It was so amazing to get the support I needed! I was so stressed and felt like I was losing hope of getting my car sorted, after the other garage didn’t do the job properly and something else went wrong with my car.
I stood there absolutely lost and had no idea what to do! The other garage straight away showed me a huge price for the part and basically said that’s just how it is. But these guys actually took the time to come up with a plan and look for ways to keep the cost down.
The boys helped me come up with a plan, looked at my car without charging me, let me come back a few times when I had questions, and then fixed it with care and consideration, even though the work took longer than expected.
I didn’t know if I would be able to pay the price, but they met me with compassion and understanding. I’m so grateful for the way they supported me throughout this whole process.

HiQ in Stamford sorted out a Fiesta tyre with a leaking valve - and didn’t charge me! Very helpful service and Dan was excellent.

After getting a slow puncture and not sure what to do, HiQ fit me in first thing in the morning for a repair. So welcoming and helpful, it’s hard to find good businesses these days (who are always eager to upsell you something you don’t need), so always much nicer to go to a specialist garage rather than a big generic company! Grateful to have found them, will be recommending to everyone and also returning for when I need new tyres! Thankyou so much!
