Before posting this review on Trustpilot, I had already submitted a formal complaint directly to customerservice_@_hiqtyresandautocare.co.uk on 24 Aug at 15:12, but I have received no response so far.

I provided my real details and the relevant invoice and supporting information in my email. I would appreciate HiQ addressing my complaint directly and reviewing the evidence provided, rather than using Trustpilot as the customer service channel.

Very disappointing experience at HiQ Thatcham

Paid for a 4-wheel alignment and 2 front tyres through Blackcircles.
The whole job took only around 15 minutes, which made me question whether a full 4-wheel alignment had actually been carried out.
Nothing was provided to prove that the 4-wheel alignment had been done — no alignment report, printout, or digital copy.
I was initially given no invoice. After asking for one, I was given an invoice belonging to another customer and vehicle, which I only discovered after getting home.
When I questioned why the alignment was not shown, it was simply handwritten onto the invoice, and I was told the printed invoice could not be changed.
Staff were rude, with Josh shouting at me to take my car keys and invoice and leave.

Very disappointed with the service and the way my concerns were handled.

Booked appointment for 2 new tyres. Turned up on the day and initially told it would be just over 1 hour. After half hour was then told that they did not have my tyres that I ordered. To top it off they didn’t have any other tyres in stock. Wasted visit and a wasted day off from work.

Carl and his team helped out massively when I came in last minute for a quick tyre check. Saved me from driving on an unsafe tyre and sorted me out same day! 10/10

Absolutely amazing customer service that keeps making me come back time and time again no matter what car I have.

Friendly and speedy service especially to say i basically just showed up. Got me straight in, changed the tyre for a good price and even cleaned the windshield since i had just bought the car.

Both Carl and Luke are very helpful each time we go, my wife and myself have had varied works done over the past year or so including an MOT, tyres, brakes etc. We feel respected and we rest assuring no other unnecessary works will be done. The advice they give is easily understandable and they have a great bunch of guys behind the scenes too. When our vehicles are "unwell" our first thoughts go to HiQ Thatcham.
They are quick to respond, very courteous with chats and a coffee while waiting if thats the case. It's a shame they don't do a recovery service I can then give up the national road side assistance folk. 😉 Well done guys.

So amazing, really helpful. Carl and his staff were so efficient, managed to get my car seen in an hour, checked it over, keeping me informed and fully fixed in plenty of time for the school run. Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve been to this garage a few times and would highly recommend nothing is to much to ask… so welcoming always happy to help.

Needed a quick puncture repair. Took less than 30minutes on the same day.

Great service, the team at Thatcham are polite, friendly and efficient. They called me very quickly to give me all the information about what needed doing to my car and the cost of this which set my expectations. They completed the work quickly and to a high standard!

Great service again at Thatcham HiQ.
The team there replaced a faulty tyre same day without an appointment although they were busy.
Always friendly and accommodating.

I have used the Thatcham branch a few times for tires and a repair. Recently did an MOT for me. Always polite and reasonable. Very good.

After doing the Mot, it would have been nice to clean off the mechanics oily hand marks on the bonnet.
