Always spot on first class service from a good professional team

It was very good service once I got in, I was under the misconception that because I called in the morning to ask when would be a good time to go and was told 11 that there would be somewhere for me to park or at least pull in but there wasn't. After a ten minute wait in my car sat on the road the two front tyres where replaced quickly while I waited in the office with the friendly receptionist

Awful Service. In readiness for an MOT on Oct 10th, I ordered tyres online on the 4th Oct for fitting on the 8th Oct , both email & txt confirmation received. I arrived at the garage on the 8th at the opening time of 8:30 to be advised my order had not been received from head office and therefore I was not scheduled for a fitting and the ordered tyres had not been delivered and are not held at the garage. I was advised alternative replacement tyres could be delivered however it would be a 1:30 hour wait! I subsequently visited a garage near HIQ and new tyres were fitted within 20mins. Wasted time and effort and would definitely not use again.

To get one puncture on a pothole is unfortunate. To get two was downright infuriating!! Anyway, I made it to the guys at HiQ Warmley just before closing and they arranged for tyres to be delivered first thing next morning. They even dropped me at the nearby pub whilst my lift home arrived!

Booked a wheel alignment and was done quickly and efficiently, also found a rear tyre which needed replacement which was not picked up by another supplier so this was replaced there and then.

I have been visiting this garage for my car service and MOT for the last 7 years. Nick and his colleagues are always friendly and give great advice. I think the service and MOT is good value for money and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
