Polite and efficient. Fitted my car in early as I had mistaken the time of my appointment. Thank you.

I needed two tyres for my daughters car quickly and Hi-Q had tyres available for the following day. Duly fitted and tracking complete ready to go. Hi-Q website did say Worcester branch available from 0600 hours, but actually opened 0830 hours - curious!

The team are great to deal with, cut to the chase and keep it simple.

I’ve been going to HIQ for 5 years and will continue!

Good communication and service. I can't comment on the tyres yet. Thinking of using firm for MOT

First of all, no complaints with the work undertaken. Two new tyres fitted quickly and efficiently. My disappointment was the call an hour before my appointment which stated there would be an extra charge if £15/£20 per tyre as they had had to source them quickly to satisfy my online booking. I needed the tyres changed so agreed the extra charge especially as I could not attend the following day when there would have been no extra charge. It appears they were taking advantage of someone who needed their tyres changing quickly and did not have the booked tyres in stock, notwithstanding the online booking indicated they had the tyres in stock and made no mention of any potential extra charges.

In short, the tyres I wanted were fitted and fitted well. The online price of £195 became and in-branch price of £225. Good workmanship but a very sneaky, disappointing extra charge.

Check the three are actually in for your booking time mine weren't.

My dissatisfaction is with on line ordering. I ordered 2 tyres on line and was informed they could be fitted later the same day so I made the appointment. On my arrival, I was informed that the tyre delivery had not arrived. I rearranged for 3 days later. On arrival, I was again informed that the tyres had not been delivered. The centre manager assured me that they could get tyres later and phoned me when they arrived. They did a free tracking check and adjustment for my inconvenience. Next time I will phone the centre directly and ask for confirmation of stock.

Ordered 4 new tyres and booked the fitting online.

Dropped the car off at the required time and got a call in under an hour to say everything was done and my car was ready to collect. Great service.

Friendly and efficient service, good value

Great service. Car was in for 3 days for work. Sion the assistant manager kept me posted on progress and timescales throughout. Professional and friendly would not hesitate to use again.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Jason and the team for such fabulous service - I had broken the valve on my tyre and with a big trip tomorrow I was super stressed about needing a spare and being roadworthy. Jason and his team sorted my tyre and advised me on what to do next and couldn’t have been more helpful - thank you so much - I would recommend to all.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I called them up for two new front tyres, after hitting a pothole and ending up with a bulging sidewall on the nearside. They managed to squeeze me in on the same day and offered a very competitive price. Jason dealt with my fitting and was brilliant - even asking if I was sure I wanted both tyres replacing, since the undamaged one had over 6mm of tread left. I opted to go ahead with both anyway, but was impressed that they were willing to save me from potentially spending more than I needed to. As a result, HiQ Worcester will be my first port of call for tyres in the future, and I’ll also be coming back when my MOT is due. Thank you Jason and the team!

I cannot recommend Jason and his Team more highly. My Son came home for Christmas and had an unexpected issue with his brakes, Jason went above and beyond to help us, polite, professional and efficient.

An excellent local garage with friendly and efficient service.Mechanics are well qualified and will only advise repairs and replacement of parts if deemed necessary.You will not be ripped off here!. Would recommend without hesitation.
