Called in because the tyre pressure warning light came on and despite using our own tyre pump nothing would erase the warning.
They sorted the problem and wouldn't charge us.

Communication throughout was good. After a small delay sourcing the tyres, new time and date was booked and work completed as planned.

Lovely lady on the desk however fairly unhappy with the service. When I booked the tyre it was not said it was out of stock and had to be ordered in. So I arrived from 8:30 as per the email and was told it wouldn’t be there until 10:30. So I came back at 10:30 and was then an extra hour wait whilst the extra walk ins were served. Feel like this could have been better organised to help people understand the time that they need to come in for

Oh! It was so amazing to get the support I needed! I was so stressed and felt like I was losing hope of getting my car sorted, after the other garage didn’t do the job properly and something else went wrong with my car.
I stood there absolutely lost and had no idea what to do! The other garage straight away showed me a huge price for the part and basically said that’s just how it is. But these guys actually took the time to come up with a plan and look for ways to keep the cost down.
The boys helped me come up with a plan, looked at my car without charging me, let me come back a few times when I had questions, and then fixed it with care and consideration, even though the work took longer than expected.
I didn’t know if I would be able to pay the price, but they met me with compassion and understanding. I’m so grateful for the way they supported me throughout this whole process.

We were assured the vehicle had been thoroughly serviced and was very capable to tour France. 5 days into the trip a warning ENGINE FAULT appeared on the dashboard screen. Diagnostic testing revealed abnormal Engine Control Module and Safety and Gateway Module ie. a severely damaged engine (oil pump dysfunction, timing chain, inlet camshaft angle offset).
I am bewildered that these faults were not identified at a full service!
