Bose soundoc arrived in good time and in good order, what more can one say.

Ordering was easy, prices couldn't be beaten (and believe me, I tried to get a better deal but couldn't). Company kept me fully informed as to the progress of my order and delivery was bang on time. The delivery guys were polite & helpful, they unpackaged my tumble dryer and took away all the rubbish. The product works perfectly (much needed in this wet and raining climate). What more can a customer want!

I was (sadly) very excited to find the vacuum I wanted at a really good price, as previously couldn't afford a Miele. Hispek was so quick at delivering it too. Would highly recommend them.

I ended up cancelling my order as you wouldn't send my parcel 2 minutes down the road to my parents home (I work full time so am never home). I would have had to go to caerphilly to pick it up from the depo which is roughly 30 miles away. Awful customer service on the phone from the lady I spoke to. I will not be reccomending your site to anybody and have written to WHICH.co.uk to inform them of the awful service I've had, never before have I had an issue with having anything delivered to my parents address. This includes washing machine, fridge freezer and a lot more!

Very competitive prices and good service. My product was delivered on time in excellent condition and I didn't pay over the odds. Add it to your favourites for future electronics shopping.

The goods arrived on time as promised and were very well packed. I am delighted with the service.

My delivery had to be re-scheduled due to the original van breaking down (broken clutch). The staff at Hispek and their delivery company were great, informing me at every stage what was going on.

I would definitely buy from them again. :)

Customer service were helpful and gave me the details clearly and quickly.

Unfortunately they didn't have the stock available and it had been discontinued by the retailer so had to cancel the order.

Would have no problems using hispek again however.

Very favourably impressed! I ordered a red Miele vacuum cleaner on a Friday and it was delivered on the following Monday. I knew that it would miss out on weekend delivery. Fine - but red had become grey over the weekend. I phoned Miele and there had been a computer "glitch" which translated "red" as "grey" - well both words have an "re" in them. The mistake was corrected immediately and I was asked which day would suit me to have the red one brought to me. On Tuesday morning, the red one came. Couldn't have been better service. The price was excellent too (and incidentally so it the cleaner!)

The order was placed without difficulty. Delivery promised within 5 days. It caught me out a little by arriving within two.

Ordered the item with no explanation it was not in stock therefore expected delivery in reasonable time as per their advertised times. No confirmation of order received from company after 5 days so I emailed them. Received email back stating item was out of stock and not expected in for a week. Rang customer services who were no further help but assured men it would be delivered ASAP. Nothing heard from company for another two weeks then received email that item would be delivered in just over a weeks time !!!! No consignment number provided so cannot track item with delivery company. By the time I receive delivery of item almost a month would have passed since I placed order. Whilst this company might think this acceptable I do not , if an honest answer had been provided at the start i could have looked elsewhere for item that was in stock. Result is now kitchen build is delayed. Poor service all round, I would suggest you shop with another company who have items in stock they are offering for sale.

I bought a Lec fridge-freezer at a very good price and it was delivered with no problems and pleasing courtesy.

I ORDERED A FRIDGE FREEZER AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THAT HISPEK KEPT ME INFORMED WITH THE PROGRESS OF DELIVERY OF THE ITEM AND THE DELIVERY MEN WERE BANG ON TIME AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB BRINGING IT INTO OUR HOUSE AND UNPACKING IT .
