Historic Newspapers Avaliações

Historic Newspaper produce a book that displayed wonderful and years of articles on the Dallas Cowboys that were not known by the fan, my husband.

I was extremely disappointed to discover that the product included only one headline for each day of the recipient’s birthday. I expected multiple article snippets per day. Given the lack of content, I do not feel it was worth the money.

Shipment was early! And my husband thought this was the coolest Xmas gift. I caught him taking pics and sending to his brother 😊😊

My boyfriend loved his gift. It was perfect!

I gave 3 of these away as gifts for Christmas. All were very well received. 👍

I purchased a newspaper for my dad for his 70th. He is a retired newspaper editor so felt this was very suited! He absolutely loved it - even recognised some of the reporters. Amazing condition too. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer support team. Very happy with the product.

Terrible customer experience with zero customer service or support once payment is taken.
After accidently clicking on standard delivery rather than express, I quickly contacted the company to explain my error and asked if I could kindly change it to express delivery. Of course, expecting to pay additional fees.
The response was less than adequate and was told they couldnt do anything once the process was sent. They couldnt offer a refund, they couldnt change the order and they couldnt change the shipping. Nothing, no offer to help in any way. Possibly the worst service Ive experienced with an online company.
I wouldn't recommend this company at all but should you use them proceed with caution as nothing can be done once they've taken your money!!

I had a present from my son from this company for my birthday in november and still after 3 mistakes with the book and it's still wrong and to charge him for delivery isn't right the last book even had his name on it instead of mine my birth date and year. Absolutely wasn't checked not good business. Three books and none of them are right!!!!!

Lovely book very happy with it it was a present and recipient was delighted with it

Mon fils es un fan fini des Packers de Greenbay. Juste de voir son expression lorsqu'il a déballé son livre, je savais que j'étais tombé pile.
Belle qualité, personnalisable, arrivé dans les délais, vraiment c'est un très bon choix.

Great customer service! Product is lovely although some of the writing is small/unclear in places making it difficult for an older/sight restricted person to enjoy in full

10/10 experience. Transparent communications and the book arrived as estimated right before Christmas with express shipping. Gemma and Skye were brilliant.

Quick response to enquiry made for pre xmas delivery.

Many thanks.

These people are thieves. I am beyond disappointed. I ordered weeks ago for a Christmas and still haven’t seen it. Who knows if I’ll ever get my money back. I wish I could report them to some kind of authority. Daylight robbery and I’m the fool who wasted money on a con.
UPDATE: The company gave me a refund within 24hours no questions asked. Thank you for at least honoring my disappointment.

My book arrived with a dented and dirty corner. The box had obviously fallen apart in transit and been taped up. When I told Historic Newspapers they immediately responded with multiple ways to fix the problem. They were responsive and helpful and we need more customer service like this. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their books!

This custom book place is something special. From the moment I placed the order, fast delivery and customer service absolutely brilliant.

The quality of the book itself is top-notch—solid binding, gorgeous print, and pages that feel like they’re meant to last for years (the way books should). This isn’t a novelty item you smile at once and forget about. It’s a keepsake. The kind you pull off the shelf again and again.
Can’t recommend enough!

I love this book, but one needs a magnifier ro read it.

Very good service and site - it looks fabulous, I haven’t read it as it is a present for my grandson.

Excellent quality nicely presented fair price great service
