Never received order or the replacement order. No response to my emails

It is now 10 days later since I was told the replacement was ordered and I have not received an update on the shipment.

Completely unique gift that brings back memories of times gone by and shared with loved ones. I hear of new/old stories every time we get together

Super cool concept. Fast, easy, secure purchase and delivery. The most perfect gift for a friend who is both fanatical about newspapers and their favorite team! I gotta say though, I was disappointed by the resolution of the text. Especially text that is so small; I was expecting much crisper lettering.
I accept, however, that scanning and printing newspaper, especially decades old ones, can present certain challenges.

I got exactly what I ordered on the date I requested.

My husband loved the book and only problem was the small print. After getting a magnifying glass, all is good.

End product was beautiful! My boyfriend loved his gift!

Product is good but customer service is lacking. It took them 3 days to respond to an email to tell me they couldn’t change the shipping. If they had responded when I emailed (within minutes of placing the order) then they could have easily changed it. They were unwavering in helping and also refused to cancel the order since I couldn’t change shipping. Very poor customer service.

The book was absolutely beautiful! I got it for my dad as a Christmas present. It was by far the coolest present I gave out this year. Next year I'll be buying him another one with a different team!

Although what I wanted was not available, I did get a ver nice book to give my friend for her 90th birthday.

The product was amazing and much appreciated by the recipients. Unfortunately I had difficulty with fed ex delivering to the wrong address and had to reorder and pay twice. I know that’s not the fault of the company but frustrating especially with custom names engraved and needing on time for Christmas and a birthday. I would definitely still recommend just be careful with fed ex!

My book was damaged in shippin, so I sent an email with photos, but found out the company would be closed for awhile even after Christmas and also never heard back! So I was forced to give my father his gift damaged! I also found most page prints to be blurry and poorly placed
