There was a slight problem but two staff members in Ayr were exceptional in their customer service .

I had the wrong name of artist, but the server was patient and helped me eventually order the correct vynal record. He was superb.

HMV Ayr
Recently visited HMV in Ayr and coming from Moray, Scotland I had thought HMV was closed down. We subsequently visited Glasgow HMV at Braehead ( tho this wasn't a patch on the Aye store ) Aye had the best staff, stock, and pinball machine EVER! Staff members were interactive, non-pushy, up for the craic and genuinely helpful. 100% Recommend this store and hope their expansion continues. Thank you!

Amazing staff who are so helpful! Special mention to Georgie and Ross! I browse online but prefer to order in-store as I am unsure of buying online safely. It works perfectly and the staff in the Ayr store are just great! Thank you!

Great Staff
The Ayr branch staff are always helpful and very pleasant to deal with when needing assistance to locate a particular item and especially when ordering an item not currently in store but available in another.
