I have used HMV for quite awhile now. I like the delivery service, for Home delivery and delivery to the store. Long may you keep going, in these unsure times.

Helpful staff
Didn’t have the DVDs I wanted so they ordered them for me and took a few days to come all the others I needed the staff helped me get them they new just where to find them which was great because I didn’t have a clue.

Staff were very helpful
2 members of staff were very helpful, the first in locating CD's I wanted to look at, deal with my purchase and look at their stocks for a particular CD I was interested in. As they did not stock it, the second member of staff checked if it could be ordered - it could and took my details & payment. I was pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation my order was ready for collection just a matter of days after ordering.
Upon collection, I saw the person who took my order originally - they were as helpful and pleasant as they were previously.

The items I enquired about were not in…
The items I enquired about were not in stock but the lady said she could order them for me. She said I would get an email when they arrived in store and upon receiving said email I collected the items I had purchased. The service I received was excellent and the lady very helpful.

Easy to navigate the website and order. Communication with the order and details for collecting good. The lady in the Basildon store was very cheerful and helpful.

It took a week for 2 films to be delivered to the store.
HMV replied to the comment today confirming it didn't take 2 weeks for the films to arrive. HMV please re-read the above review.

Hi Dan,
Order 10345852 was placed on 19/09/24 and dispatched at the first opportunity on 21/09/24. Delivery to store is 2-5 days and this was marked as ready on 25/09.
We can confirm this did not take 2 weeks to arrive and was at the store within 5 working days.
