I love going to HMV so friendly if I can't find wat im looking for they go get it for me they ask if im looking for anything else

Nice and easy
Nice and easy! It was refreshing to order for collection in store and not be tied down to one or two days for collection. The guy that served me in store was great too. Top attitude and friendly yet professional.

Real shopping is great, with real people....
Really nice to go shopping again ! Great store in Blackpool, super friendly, very helpful team, it's a treat, also have found items in store cheaper than eBay 'used' (and current, not old). Really enjoyable experience followed by chips or ice-cream depending on the weather.

Ordered special edition album online and picked up from local HMV ,very easy to collect i also had 14 days to collect so suited my schedule and staff were helpful and friendly

Lovely staff that help and support
you to find quality cds boxsets and really anything you need that isn't in store. They'll notify you if what you want is in stock and for people who don't like online shopping you can pay and collect in your store!
