Excellent as Always!
Arranged a pre order to be delivered to my local HMV and it arrived on the day of release despite the Bank Holiday. The item was well packaged and in perfect condition and the staff were both efficient and welcoming on arrival. Excellent service and have never had any problems online or in store. Will continue to use as it beats all others.

As always a good mail order and…
As always a good mail order and collection experience. The only minor issue was waiting until Monday for notification rather than Saturday. I suspect the Bank Holiday Weekend may have played in apart in that.
Great service and I'll continue to use

I ordered item on click and collect
I ordered item on click and collect. I came into store on.the morning of the album release day,there were copies on the shelf but the item was not available via click and collect until later that day,as I needed it for a present I had to buy it again. I thought click and collect gave priority
