Ordered a CD - arrived within 2 days in good condition, faster than they advertised. Staff was very helpful and super friendly throughout, nothing to complain about.

Quick online service. Delivery into store. Kept up to date via email re expected delivery and one when it was ready for collection.Staff member was quick and helpful.

Classic HMV…very let down twice,now 3 times!
We were delighted to find a classic HMV store with lots of records....even better there was a deal on....
If the records were labeled up you could get 2 for £40 or 3 for £55,
Clear as day with a white label, so after much deliberation we had made our choices, knowing that we could probably get them cheaper elsewhere we decided to help the high street companies.....
Choices of the 3, all labelled up with the correct white labels and prices, took these to the till only to be told that they all had to be the same original price, so 3 at 21.99 or 3 at 23.99 means you'll get them for the £55....but you could not mix their original prices? Nowhere was this stated, it makes no sense and because of this HMV has lost yet another customer along with a sale....we shall not be back....
Disappointed to have wasted 15 minutes in your shop....
Enjoyed the searching of old classics, but gutted in the way she didn't help us at the till....not good customer service at all!
It needs stating that you can't mix, as there's all different prices...way too confusing if it has to be the same specification etc
You have since replied to me....asked me to contact you, which I did, yet no response? Are you actually interested or just trying to make it look like you care about your customers??
Once more I have responded as requested, yet heard nothing?

Very efficient staff
Very efficient staff, willing to help.
Looking up the dvd was no problem and sending it to the relevant store was quick and easy.
The dvd arrived within a few days for me to pick up.
Would definitely recommend this company.

The 4k disc arrived with finger prints marks on it! And dust inside the case......£24 payed for this item ...as a special edition....and find print marks and dust inside
