Great Customer Service, prompt delivery
I bought my item in store, which was out of stock & they arranged to have it delivered free of charge direct from their supplier. The item arrived quickly & in perfect condition. I was very happy with the friendly & helpful customer service I received in store & the item that I received.

Very efficient and quick delivery
Very efficient and quick delivery. HMV has been a big part of my life. It’s still as good as it’s always been. I love the shops and the online orders are very efficient. I will carry on ordering my Vinyl Records and HMV will still be part of my life. Kevin 70 years old.
