Purchased a ltd edition box set online for a click and collect order couldn't be happier with the item and especially the 2 store assistants who were the most helpful and friendly. They made that store pick up in Burton on Trent and absolute pleasure, I hope hmv management know how good they are and really look after staff that good. Highly recommend.

A very satisfied customer
I was looking for a specific CD and the assistant at the HMV store in Burton on Trent sorted everything out for me.
She found the album and ordered it for me.
I paid for home delivery and received my CD within three days.
As I am over 80 this was the perfect answer for me.
Plus I had a lovely conversation with another human being.
Thank you HMV for keeping your shops going

I love HMV
I love HMV, I get most of my 4K Blu Rays from here, they have Steelbooks and Special Editions which I collect. They email to tell me when there are new releases so I don't miss out. They don't email me with things I'm not interested in either. The staff in the store are always helpful too.

Not a 5. Shame!
It would have been 5 if my other CD had been delivered. According to your website it was in stock but wasn't delivered. The 6th one isn't in the shops yet so I'm not that bothered about it.
