Ordered a huge book (Iron Maiden - Infinite Dreams) from the HMV in Colchester to be delivered to me on the west coast of Scotland. Delivery was very speedy and the book arrived in perfect condition. Staff in store were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Impressive DVD & music selection
There is always an impressive selection of DVDs & music in store and the staff (I refer to the Colchester branch) are always very pleasant, helpful and super-friendly. In a nutshell, there's no other place I would go on a Monday morning to check out the new DVD releases.

I couldn't find the item I was looking for, I asked a member of staff and they had a good look too. Unfortunately couldn't find it but then he assisted me in ordering it for home delivery.

I ordered this item on a 48 hour delivery but it took almost a week so not to happy that it took so long, I paid for the 48 hour delivery !!!
