E-tickets would have been handy On arrival at HMV we had to enter the venue first to collect tickets and purchases, which was easy enough, but it would have been good if we could just join the queu... Ver mais

I was in collecting an album I'd ordered in store last week and as per previous visit the staff member was friendly and on this visit the guy displayed a interest in my rekindled love for music on vinyl.

I ordered a DVD,on the 3rd of October
I ordered a DVD,on the 3rd of October, they took ages to email me to say it was ready to collect. Then I returned to work from days off,so asked for when it was ready, could it be delivered (my house is around the corner from the store I ordered it from)and all I've had is emails over the past few days either asking me to double check my details to see if I made a mistake with the store I ordered it from, or asking for the order's number. I have sent several screenshots of my order and receipt, yet still receiving emails asking the same questions. I work 12hr shifts from 7am to 7pm,and it's difficult to catch my local store,that is why I asked for it to be delivered. Now I just want my money back. The irony is I came in the shop on my last day off and bought a copy for my daughter, so I know the local HMV store had plenty of copies of it.Not pleased at all,will not shop at HMV again.
