There is very friendly man who helped me to order a DVD before we left Edinburgh. He managed to make this happen for me. And I truly appreciate his efforts and kindness.

Excellent service for orders & pre-orders.
Easy to pre-order online. Free delivery to a convenient HMV store collection point near my work place. Fast efficient service from friendly staff.
This ticks all the right boxes for me and have used the service before and will do so again.

HMV Princes Street store staff obtained a dvd by order quickly for collection. Service by store assistants at ordering and collection stages was helpful quick and friendly. A credit to HMV

I ordered a dvd from them,and was told I would get an email when it was dispatched and delivered to the shop for me to collect. It all happened as I was told it would.The staff were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in going back there if I needed anything else

Ordering was quick and easy, and the item was delivered within two working days as promised. Collecting it from the Princess Street branch in Edinburgh was a pleasant and friendly experience.
