hmv (UK) - Huddersfield Avaliações 

Went into store looking for Funko pops specifically Freddie Mercury….I didn’t get one as they didn’t have any. I did however, get Geralt which I was happy with. I ended up spending nearly £70 then my son noticed some Skullcandy headphones where you can listen to music and he tried them on.
He’s never found a pair that fit his ears and don’t hurt him, yet the Skullcandy ones were perfect…..so I spent another £169.99 ordering them to collect at store as I don’t always trust home delivery. Couldn’t have been more easy and the staff were so friendly and helpful…..very pleased and would highly recommend even if my purse was a lot lighter than I’d intended it would be when I walked into HMV

Great, easy system to operate. Good offers, delivery time was ok, & collection from a local store was straight forward.

The entire process of ordering, delivery and pick-up worked perfectly.
I was kept informed about when my order was dispatched and was ready to pick up.
It couldn't have gone better.
The young girl at the checkout in Huddersfield was very friendly and efficient.

HMV a no star experience . DO NOT BUY FROM HMV !

I purchased 3 vinyal Albums from Huddersfield HMV store .
I played the first of them Motorhead , Overkill lp, and the disc was badly warped and jumped in many places , I then noticed all the three albums I purchased were not 180 gram , I politely asked for my money back on my three albums as they were very CHEAP NASTY pressings. I was told I could not .
My faulty album was replaced , but the second copy of Motorhead head was scratched !

1. So I,ve stated to replace these three above albums . I will be pyrchasing 200 ish other albums on my list with proper 180 gram #LP`s. I Will not be spending any ofmy money from HMV.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and now I’ve got nothing for £35

I went in to go collect my order and they were very kind. Only asked me for iD as said in email and went away happy with my order.

Ordered the CD online once it was in stock. Got it delivered to my local HMV store. I received emails from HMV telling me when it had been despatch and when it was ready to be picked up. The store had it ready when I arrived, very friendly staff.

The item I ordered came in on the day released which was good.
My only complaint was that I never got the email to say it was instore. I rang to find out if it had been delivered. The helpful young man said it was there and I should have received the email at 9.30am that morning. This didn't happen!

My order was received at the branch a couple of days after the initial order was placed when I went to collect it the assistant was very pleasant and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience shopping at HMV.
