The assistant in the Kings Lynn shop…top notch
The assistant in the Kings Lynn shop was extremely helpful. She checked different catalogues to see if the cd was still available. She told us that it was and could picked up from the shop or could be sent to my home,which was the better option. She said it may take 3-5 days for delivery but it only took 2 days so thank you very much HMV.

I purchased an album that unfortunately had a scratch on it and the staff in KingsLynn store (Jen) couldn't do enough to help me. I would highly recommend them as a store very helpful and friendly

Please be advised that although we do dispatch our pre-orders with the aim of a release date delivery, we are regrettably unable to guarantee this. It is, however, unusual that an order is not received by the release date and for this, we offer our apologies.
King’s Lynn HMV has great service
The CD I wanted wasn’t in stock. A very helpful member of staff checked if they had it in and on finding they didn’t ordered it for me. It took like 2 days.
The staff member who helped me had a great attitude, friendly, chatty, upbeat but still professional and respectful.
I’ve also had some very positive experiences with some of the other staff in the store, they have a laid back attitude, they crack a few jokes and it makes the experience more comfortable. I’d rather shop there because the staff interactions are great.

This was the first time I have ordered a cd from you i have wanted some Scottish music for a long time and the staff were really helpful they ordered one for me and I will be getting it Monday.

Knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful sales advisor
It was easy to order, the sales advisor (Jake) was knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful which is the best combination. He found what I was looking for quickly and ordered it to be delivered to the store as requested. The order came quickly and was easy to collect. Really happy with my purchase and the service I received.
