Album signing with Ball and Boe. Excellent friendly staff. Very helpful even offering to take photos. A great experience meeting Alfie and Michael and the staff were superb. Thank you.

The Ball & Boe record signing
The Ball & Boe signing was well organised, the staff were friendly, they kept the queue moving without rushing everyone. They offered to take photos for everyone, again without rushing.
A very well organised event.

Excellent service
Received my order within a couple of days. Good value for money. Customer Services Good aswell when I queried why my pre order hadn't been charged for. They got back to me by e mail within an hour to explain it is charged for when dispatched . Excellent service!

A huge 'Thank you' to all the staff at Leeds HMV involved in the Michael Ball & Alfie Boe album signing today. They were all so lovely & helpful with my 84 year old Mum & contributed to making us some precious memories 🥰

Staff absolutely amazing nothing to much trouble
