Packing wasn't great as the vinyl box…
Packing wasn't great as the vinyl box set was quite heavy, also not very happy the courier you used rang our door left box on the porch, taken a photo of our house number and left!

As of the senior generation and a little out of depth in buying a record for a young relative we found your staff at the Lincoln branch of HMV very helpful and ,polite and we were treated very well they answered all our questions and requests with patience whilst maintaining a great sense of humour.
