Caoimhe is autistic and any time we go to hmv which is a lot the staff are always so good and patient with her I wish more shops had staff like that

Good services
Despite the delays, HMV once again have done an awesome job on delivering Gundam Seed Freedom Collector’s Edition Blu-ray to my house, the collector’s edition comes with a Key Animation booklet with scenes that were featured in the film & the artwork booklet that featured every character including the main characters Kira Yamato & Lacus Clyne themselves & each mecha that were also featured as well, Gundam Seed Freedom is an awesome film for Valentine’s Day & HMV should get an award for good services once again.

Staff member checked shelves to ensure I hadn't missed my reqired purchase checked stock "ok I'll order one do you want to have it delivered or collect " my preference notified when ready for collection.

Good experience with click and collect transaction
Easy to pick up c&c item . Colleague who helped me (Jay) remembered me from a previous transaction; and I am fairly nondescript...Good price for my CD, and unlike some other retailers, c&c was foc.
