Erica found exactly what I was looking for. We found 2 CDs in store for Les Miserables. However, Erica felt they were not the exact one I wanted. Searching online she found what I was referring to which had to be ordered. This came instore very quickly for me to collect.
I was not only very pleased with the excellent customer service, I was impressed with the knowledge she had.

I came into the Norwich store friday…
I came into the Norwich store friday 15th August and I was upset at the treatment I received by the awful rude woman serving .I will not be setting foot into the store again her behaviour was appalling

Ultimate stranger things…
Excellent delivery all boxed up well and absolutely beautiful piece of art (ie stranger things collection on blue ray ) full of amazing detail , items beautifully layered out collection every season a decent beautiful piece
