I still like buying records and my local hmv have a good choice and if they haven't got what I want I can order and pick it up from there.

Nuneaton store did not have the DVD I…
Nuneaton store did not have the DVD I required, but the assistant in the store ordered it on line for me.
It arrived in store very quickly.

I ordered a DVD from the Nuneaton branch because it wasn't in stock. I received an email to collect it a week later. Staff were very efficient and helpful.
