A must
Staff are super friendly, approachable and very professional. The shop is well maintained and cleaned. There’s a massive variety of products, from DVD’s, bluray, pop figures, vinyls, t-shirts and more!!! It’s a different world!!! I absolutely love browsing around the shop!

I couldn't find dvd that i wanted.
I couldn't find dvd that i wanted, after staff checked for me was taken over to the till and it was ordered in for me to collect. Which i did a few days later. Very helpful, very quick.and very easy to do

HMV Plymouth - Brilliant Customer Service
My experience with HMV was perfect! I came into the Plymouth store looking for specific items (A 4K Steelbook and a boxset) both of which were not in the store itself. I spoke with a staff member who was a massive help, ordered the items into the store for me and took payment there and then.
It was a bank holiday weekend approaching so he explained to me in advance that there may be a slight delay in the order arriving to the store, and explained the delivery and contact process to me clearly.
I received a confirmation email once it was dispatched, and another a few days later to confirm it had arrived at the store. The staff member who dealt with me was a top bloke very friendly and helpful.
