I entering the store the atmosphere…
On entering the store the atmosphere felt amazing. Music playing at just the right level.[ Harry Styles ❤️]
The staff all seemed to know what there role was.

Royal Mail Delays
I had purchased 'Unforgotten' series 1 to 4, but neither I nor the assistant realised that the case did not contain any discs and was merely a display case. Fortunately I had kept the receipt and Harry was very helpful in sorting out the paperwork of the refund and ordering the replacement. I revisited after 6 days, but it had not arrived and was told to wait for e-mails advising of despatch and receipt at the shop. I did, somewhat later, receive a notice of despatch, but waited vainly for the notice that it had been received at the shop. I eventually revisited again and obtained the set. I had assumed that the item would be part of a periodic re-stocking from a distribution centre and was surprised it had been sent via 'Royal Mail', hence the delay!

Pretty much perfect
I ordered an item online, for an excellent price, for collection in store, but which was out of stock at the time.
I was kept informed as to when it would arrive, and indeed, it arrived when expected. I picked it up tge same day as I was notified and was served very well by Amelia, who is a credit to the store and to HMV as a whole.
