Great service
Service was excellent item arrived within a couple of days to the store and i was made very Wellcome when went into the shop in Swindon to pick up the Blu-ray disc . Keep up the good work .

Getting upstairs
The staff great .
But I'm disabled and can't get up stairs to look for any D V D s.
And I destroy things in the shop because there is no room for me to move in there .
I think I break things every time I go in .
But if you don't comply with the law on space for wheelchairs and mobility scooters things will be broken.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable in a relaxed atmosphere in both Swindon and Plymouth shops. Ordering a vynyl in one shop for delivery in another was easy, Especially in the Swindon shop where the assistant was very helpful. Found lots of stocking fillers for the family whilst browsing, well worth a visit in person rather than online.

Didn't receive an email to make me aware that my product was delivered and when I went in store they weren't very helpful either just stood around chatting with friends

i CONTACTED hmv AND ORDERED A COUPLE OF CDs and they were so helpful,,looked to find the CD I partidularly required and they got back quickly and I received both and was exeptionally happy with their service from the Swansea Branch '
