Well could find what I was looking for so went to the assistant and she was very helpful and made a purchase with delivery ,two days later it arrived . So quick and so happy with the service provided thank you HMV

Easy to order in store
Easy to order in store once it was clarified by the friendly and helpful staff that the record I wanted wasn’t in stock. The record arrived in store within a few days and was collected easily too.

I can't quite believe that you sold out…
I can't quite believe that you sold out of a CD by a top selling artist and were never going to get new stock. I found it strange and frustrating that I had to order the said CD by post....!!!!
