Very positive experience
Very efficient service. My click and collect orders were delivered to the shop as 3 separate parcels all within 2-3 days after ordering. On collection, the staff were very efficient and polite. The whole experience was very positive.

Excellent customer service
Purchased a turntable for my grandson for Christmas, unfortunately it soon developed a fault. I contacted the HMV shop where I bought it and subsequently returned the item. They ordered a replacement which was delivered within 2 days. I was impressed with the prompt and efficient service I received. The member of staff (Mark) was polite and could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service.

New Delius Fan
I have visited on a number of occasions to explore the Classical section. I have met a fellow classical fan in Matt, who happens to be a staff member, he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of many genres of music. We are both Vaughn Williams fans so he recommended listening to Delius. Quite honestly, Delius is absolutely fantastic resulting in me buying the Anniversary Box Set , ( from HMV of course) which I’m working my way through now as it’s a collection of 18 CDs. Enormous task, but I think I’ll manage with a glass or two of mellow Red. Well done Matt and thanks for the steer!

Caught up with friends of hmv Croydon and hmv Bromley. Only down side was no deals on
CDs /dvds example: 2 for £15

I had a bit of a problem with misplaced online order, but the staff were so helpful and we found the order in the end. You could tell they really care.
