This order was all due to me asking…
This order was all due to me asking about a certain album that wasn't on the shelf, but I had seen days before. The till person immediately offered I order it in once they noticed that there was none in stock.
Got an email on both dispatch and arrival and was able to get it a few days later with no trouble. Will definitely order something from there again if it comes to it.

Top service from HMV. Ordered a gift online for my daughter for Xmas, it arrived quickly and safely. However upon arrival I learned that my brother had purchased the same item!
