Great customer service at York
Very knowledgeable member of staff at the Coney Street store in York. I was able to order a vinyl that was not in stock. Arrived earlier than expected and I'm so happy with it.

Took far too long fot the item to arrive in store, especially as there was a copy in store anyway that could have been supplied unmediated! I won’t be using this service again.

Our click & collect service is fulfilled via delivery from our warehouse to your selected store and not from within the store itself. We can see that your order was dispatched and delivered within 3 working days as per the advertised service.

Great thanks to staff.
Difficult to find stuff i wanted but was helped out by a very friendly member of staff and Josh on the till was kind and helpful. Staff are 10/10 for customer service.
