Absolutely spot on from the first phone call. Polite, friendly and helpful. Lots of emails to confirm dates and even telling us we could pop up to see the piece of granite we were purchasing.
Templating was done with little fuss and a quick turnaround for a fitting date.
The fitting was brilliant. The two lads were excellent, my thanks to them, and it was all done in a few hours.
The tops look amazing. Very happy indeed.

We are absolutely thrilled with our finished worktops and splash back. We knew of Hobbs and their reputation and they came highly recommended locally, but after we relocated to Dorset from Somerset we were looking at local suppliers, however none came close to the recommendations we'd had about Hobbs. We approached Hobbs in the hope that they would be prepared to travel and, to our absolute delight, this wasn't a problem at all. From start to finish the advice and communication has been second-to-none, with so much choice it was hard to decide on what would most suit our needs. We required durability having teenagers and doing a lot of cooking but also wanted something light and giving a luxury finish. We were given in-depth advice by Emma, Sharon and Luke on the pros and cons of each material and the fitting that would be most suited to our somewhat "quirky" Edwardian home. Previously we inherited an "ok" scratched and grubby melamine island and counter top with a splash back finished rather bizarrely with what appeared to be leftover bathroom tiles! Despite having large windows, it was a gloomy room as the melamine absorbed all of the light. We went for the Calcutta Forte and I cannot stress the difference it has made, the light bounces around the kitchen and it's like the whole room has had a complete facelift whilst still being sympathetic to the property's age. The fitting was quick, tidy and very stress-free. The guys that came to measure and fit (Felipe, Adam, Liam, Carl & Matty) were a delight and really knew what they were doing, everything fit to the exact millimetre and I have no doubt this was due to the meticulous approach and attention to detail applied throughout. They left the place tidier than they found it and also went over and above to make sure the kitchen furniture fit properly around the top (due to me not ordering the right components!). In summary if I could give Hobbs Marble & Granite more than 5-stars I would!

We first visited Hobbs showroom earlier this year. We were met by Ellie and in less than 10 minutes she sold us on buying from Hobbs. We were impressed be her enthusiasm,knowledge and expertise. We were given a sample of the product to take home to match up with the design of our new kitchen.
On each occasion that we made contact with Hobbs, whether over the phone or email, the service was efficient, friendly and polite.
Lee arrived 2 weeks ago to template the work surface, offering sound practical advice. He returned last week to fit the work surface with his colleague and we were amazed that the job was done in 3 hours!
We are delighted with the results, attention to detail on corners, fitting around the window sill.
We would highly recommend Hobbs.

Two solid pieces of granite arrived for my kitchen worktops - measured to the millimetre and they fitted perfectly. The guys worked quickly and quietly and cleared up after themselves. I couldn’t have wished for it to go better. Very happy to recommend Hobbs - I love my new work tops!

Having been let down by a UK national supplier for our granite kitchen work tops, Hobbs (Radstock) provided an excellent service. Everything was first class - the product, delivery and installation.
