Well we are still waiting for it to arrive. the date has been changed three time. The company has not kept us informed, they have not answered emails and we have had to ring them three times for information. The items are due to arrive tomorrow so fingers crossed, they have had our money now a couple of months.

i have been supplied new rear DB 4 tail lamps that are not serviceable The components do not fit together They were supplied only partially assembled.

I was purchasing switches for a GT40 replica after an original lucas one failed recently. I had to call Holden to discuss fitment and clarify new adapters for the holes in the dash. They were very helpful and went through the different options so that my order was accurate for my application. It also transpired that they stocked the two fuel tank senders I needed to replace my original ones and Smiths were nil stock at the time. The order was done quickly over the phone and my parts arrived the following day. Now fitted to the car and all working well with positive public feedback at shows.

Item was exactly as described and was received very quickly. Well packed too.

Despite several assurances item was n stock, they were unable to dispatch within 1 month. No proactive communication of the delay, and had to email twice to find out what was going on.

The window heater I purchased in January 2023 broke when being fitted. I rang the Sales at Holden and explained that the metal heating strips had broken whilst being fitted and the mechanic had tried to join the ends together but the heater wouldn't work. The gentleman I spoke to said that the metal strips shouldn't have broken and he would send another pack of strips to me. My mechanic finally had time to fit them in early June. I had to wait to give this review as we didn't have any rain during the June heatwave. Finally this week I have now used the rear window heater and it works perfectly. Thank you Holden Vintage & Classic for fantastic customer service.

Part was faulty which was checked by a mechanic who came to fit the item, I had to phone a number of times to sort out a return, I had money refunded less the postage of £9 after already loosing out to £10 postage when I purchased the item, I had no correspondence from company saying that they were sending a refund and why they were deducting the postage or was offered a replacement, even though there online policy states that they will pay postage and replace or refund faulty items in full within 12 months of purchase, I had the item 1 week

Bought product. Product was as described. Delivered as expected. All fine.
