Essential Omegas
The tablets are really good quality with good levels of EPA, DHA and DPA. However they are so expensive. I only buy them when I can afford them so not sure I will actually get any benefit as my last lot ran out in November. The web site is a bit clunky and has crashed a few times when I have tried to place an order. I had to change to a different browser. The tablets come well packaged and they are easy to take. There is no aftertaste. I trust this company to provide a good product. EDIT - I have update from 3 to 4 stars as I think the reply from Holfordnutrition demonstrates good customer service

Shortly, with a new website, we will be launching an improved Subscription Service with greater discounting, so please look out for this in the Spring in case it can help.

I have been a long-time customer of this company. Recently, there have been frustrating glitches trying to place an order on their website. Several times, I have just given up, but because I value the quality of the vitamins, I persevered. I managed to speak with someone at the company to explain the problems I had ordering on the website, despite providing all the details they required! She was helpful and said they would discuss the matter with their IT department. My order was then taken over the telephone, and I eventually received my purchases in good time. I am satisfied that they dealt with the situation in a timely & professional manner. However, their website needs to be checked properly so that it works efficiently and does not put-off valuable customers.

Since a big software update in the late summer, we are finding that anyone with certain Ad Blocker type software installed on their systems, are having more issues checking out and they would have to uninstall it for a smooth experience. As this can't be resolved by us, as a consequence we are moving to new website technology in the New Year. We hope you will stay with us until this move has taken place.
Customer Service are always happy to place your order over the phone, however we know this is not ideal and plan to get the new website launched asap.

Quality of the product. Swift delivery. My loved one suffers from treatment resistant schizophrenia. Just using the recommended daily allowance of no blush niacin and omega I can see a difference in a few days. Early days but hopefully impressed.

I cannot order anything on the website
I cannot order anything on the website, it does not let me check out, and although I have reached out to customer service twice, I just do not get a response. I have emailed and called and am so frustrated that if I did not like the products, I would just give up and go elsewhere. Also the Optimum brain food that comes in perforated packaging, the perforation did not work and I needed to use a scissor to cut the packaging which is the only reason you buy this product. I also go no response to my query about this.

We apologise that you had trouble getting through to us. We have checked our log and see the customer service team did try to call you back, then became engaged on other calls when you called again, and then on calling again couldn't reach you.
We are very sorry you can't order via our website. We are still looking into why you can't order as orders are coming through from other customers, so it identifying why you are having a particular issue.
Thank you for your feedback about the foiling on the Brain pack. We have communicated this to our packaging provider. We haven't had this issue before despite the same company making the other two health pack for over 15 years. We will ensure this doesn't happen again.

The homocysteine modulators in your Connect range are truly without precedent. It was within a month that my Hcy levels dropped from about 19 to 9, and body inflammation levels also followed.
