Matthew, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful and even walked me to my car to help me with my purchase. He managed to fit in some extra large boxes that I was sure wouldn’t fit in my vehicle 🚗 Excellent service

The new store, plus Debbie was very helpful and kind. Plus I have always shopped at Homebase. I'm hoping for help tomorrow as one of the items I bought is guaranteed for 10 years, and it broke on me now I'm a 75year old lady (now that could certainly be doubtful, but if I can get away with it I'll certainly try ) anyway I'm not very strong, plus I'm riddled with arthritis hands as well , I can't believe a Spear & Jackson garden fork would actually break in my hands. I did buy these tools for my daughter because she had just moved into a new house, with her sick husband.
I did buy other tools for her, plus I love gardening so I was helping as I thought I was. Anyway fingers crossed there is a nice Manager, so I won't have a fight on my hands. Regards

I came instore for a couple of click & collect items and Sally on the customer service that dealt with me was lovely. She went the extra mile to sort out an issue I had. Thankyou.

I cannot praise two of your staff more highly. Loretta and Junaid were so very helpful when the Karcher K2 that I tried to purchase was not available. Loretta went to a lot of trouble to try and locate one for me and Junaid picked one up for me in the end from your store near Stockport. Loretta kept me informed since Sunday as to what was happening. It’s so refreshing to have so much help from such pleasant people.

Unclear where to collect a strimmer. Why at back of store. Staff had little knowledge of item. Needed to know diameter of strimmer line. Info not on website nor box. I had to have box opened and find out myself from instructions. Wanted to buy extra line but you charge 4x what can get elsewhere

Click and collect was straightforward altho' would have been easier if customer service desk was at front of store as I have limited mobility. There were no easy aisleways just round about ones.
The lady on checkout till was so helpful and was a joy to deal with visited at 9.15 please compliment her she is a credit to the team

I went into your store at Altrincham to get a key cut I know its only a small thing but I went into a big supermarket chain 2 days ago to get the same thing done had a right trauma with them so it was nice to get a person like Liam serve me top man
