Great service from start to finish. Ordered 2000L store it out keter box to click and collect at the Homebase store in Ashbourne. One of the few stores that did click and collect in our area.
We arrived in our car and as the two men in store wheeled out the package it was clear it wouldn’t fit in the car.
So, we had to drive the 20miles back home to pick up our van and drive back. The same two assistants wheeled the package out to our van and helped us load it in. They were both so lovely,helpful and courteous.
The lady on the till was also lovely and chatty.

I haven't collected my order!!!!!!!! Got a text saying thanks for collecting but I'm still sitting in work....I do hope my product is there when I go an try to collect it given I've paid for it!

Homebase is always simple to do click and collect from, and the offers are good on compost but what keeps me going back is the staff at Ashbourne. Every single time I have been they have been wonderfully friendly and helpful and helped me to get the heavy bags into the car. I couldn't manage on my own so it is very much appreciated. Even the young members of staff are friendly and polite. Keep up the good work! It's appreciated.

My chairs were ready and awaiting collection from the Ashbourne shop. Very nice staff who loaded them in my car and were nice and efficient too. Shame I had to travel 22 miles to get them instead of them being delivered to the derby store but heyho I’ve got them.

Didn't like being followed by a store detective before we collected our item .... Staff were condescending. . A poor experience overall ...really wished id bought online or from somewhere else ... Retail experiences these days are really dreadful .
