Everything went smoothly. A few blemishes on pots but they were the last two so I sort of suspected that.

My husband spoke to an assistant by phone re purchasing 12 boxes of tiles he said that someone would help put them in car. When we went to homebase in Bangor yesterday afternoon we spoke to an assistant who showed us were the boxes of tiles were located he had only 11 on the shelf so good service he looked in the store and brought the extra box, very pleasant. He said he would get a trolley and brought it to us and said there is the trolley and left. My husband is 71 years of age, the tiles were on the bottom shelf and my husband had to lift the 12 boxes himself. The trolley was extremely heavy to push the assistant was at the front of shop with another assistant my husband asked him to check codes on boxes which he did. At checkout the lady scanned the boxes I paid and still no offer to assist us on loading the boxes into our vehicle. On loading the boxes one slipped and sliced my husband's finger which was bleeding and very painful. I feel more assistance should be offered to elderly people. I will again say they were pleasant but that was not enough on this occasion.

From ordering my goods to delivery, it was delivered on time. The delivery man was very helpful and chatty, I would recommend buying from you to all my friends.

It was sitting ready for us, the lady had us sorted very quickly and we were heading out again within 5 minutes. Good customer service.
