I had ordered several bags of compost and manure by click and collect and my order was ready for me to when I arrived a couple of hours later. I needed help loading them into the car and they were only too happy to help. A very satisfied customer!

The whole process was simple. Being on the website, my search was a simplistic one; found the item I wanted easily and paid through the click-and-collect service. I received all the information I needed quickly, and was told the item was ready to be collected well inside the stated time allotted. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and the attitude of the staff.

My husband had ordered some masonry paint online in the wrong colour. We went into the Bredbury store and the Manager on shift was super helpful (operator 231917) He processed a refund on our original transaction and allowed us to go home with four tubs in the correct colour. Great customer service.

Paul (Duty Manager) at Bredbury is a star. We ordered garden furniture online but on processing, there was an error on the website that meant the items where display items.
This was going to cause us a big transport headache but also we wanted new furniture and not display. Luck was on our side and new boxed items arrived by surprise to the store. Paul was quick to put our name against it and helped me arrange delivery. Great service Homebase!
