Friendly staff, quick service..

Lovely customer service today at Westwood cross branch. Having not realised I'd made a mistake doing click and collect. I'm not a techy person and it showed. I ordered the wrong colour storage cubes and while I was struggling to lift the box onto the trolley my more observant mum pointed out that it was white while the rest of my furniture it light oak. While the panic was brewing at what and idiot I am the lovely staff realised something was amiss and showed me I had indeed ordered the wrong but hopefully it can be swapped a check check of stock and a call to a much fitter younger person who worked there to ask for the right box to be found. And in seconds I was out the door with young fella carrying the box like it was nothing ... Went to get in the car and panic part two my receipt! I went back in and my receipt was all ready and waiting one returned changed for the right colour same price no need of more cash and the shops stock all present and correct. I was in a flap and the lady at customer services calm as could be explaining showing me my error and helping me correct it so I went home with the right item

My experience at homebase was amazing,Tish on the service desk was exceptionally nice and helpful,he helped me with where to locate my products I needed and found my products with ease,I would definitely visit Homebase again for my future projects and I will keep a look out for Tish he definitely needs a pay rise!

There was only one lady on the checkout with a queue of at least 10 customers. She did very well but the queue kept growing. More staff required, perhaps.

All ready waiting when I arrived.
Member of staff very helpful and pushed the trolley to my car snd unloaded for me .
So so helpful as i had my son in his wheelchair!

Liam was very helpful and patient in sorting out our bathroom plan. Very friendly manner. Gave you time to choose what you wanted.

My husband went to collect 9 glass Christmas baubles and none were wrapped in protective paper. He had to get the bin from his car to get them home. Really bad service. Luckily none got broken.

Sent daughter in for click and collect and assistant couldn't find it. Said it had probably been put back on the shelf as it does after 3 days. My daughter had to explain email clearly said by the 20th and this was the 16th. Assistant still couldn't find and wanted them to go away until my daughter spotted the items on the shelf behind her. Dreadful service.

Rather disordered at collection point and not enough staff.
