Collected just before closing time. Sales assistant sweeping up greeted me with a big smile.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews about places I visit but I thought I should.
I visited homebase today at 17:36,
I was served by Suzanne who had a lovely smile on her face,
There where 2 men at the other till that click and collects where.
We all then had a bit of banter we were all smiling and laughing!
It’s so nice to be able to have a bit of banter and a laugh with workers these days and they made the whole shopping experience much better!
So many people are moody it just puts a dampener on the day.
But these 3 people made my night, I was still giggling in the car.
Credit where it’s due thank you!
I’m gutted I didn’t get the 2 mens names but I’m sure they know who they are 😊

Ordered online and the product was available to collect a hour later but sadly we couldn't collect until nearly closing time but nethertheless 2 strong young men helped to load the 25 bags of Plumb Slate into the van

Having what I needed was in stock. Being able to click and collect.

Went into store to buy a sideboard to be told by the member of staff its only available online and not stocked. Went home to order and found there were 3 in stock available for click and collect. Waste of a journey.
