Really friendly staff who helped my husband put the bbq into the car with no hesitation, thank you, alway helpful when we go to clitheroe store.

Having invited me to comment about my experience here it is. Placed a click and collect yesterday for 2 gutter connectors whereby an email said it would be ready in the hour and an email would be sent. No email. Picked them up from the store this morning as they were ready to collect. Got them home to find one has a seal missing so needs to be returned. Overall view is that this isn’t an efficient caring organisation.

Used the Click & Collect Service, and my local Clitheroe store. It was all a very straightforward process, smooth and efficient. Thankyou.

Item required was on sale and cheaper compared to other stores.

Collected item next day hassle free.

Not very welcoming at the counter today to busy talking about how people pay for goods and what payment methods they use. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional behaviour for your staff to discuss how paying customers are paying for items they order online go collect in store . This level of unprofessional behaviour would make me not shop here again

I ordered plant pots online but couldn't get out. My daughter collected them for me after I sent her the details. She said that all went smoothly. Staff are always helpful and polite.

Friendly, & quick service

The lawnmower I ordered was waiting for me behind the customer services desk. I paid on line order and collect, and joined up to Homebase emailing system to get 10% discount on my first order so my lawnmower was easy to assemble and worker fantastically well on my little lawn. Only cost me £45 in total. I’m very happy!!

Very lovely and helpful staff

I needed a few items - slug pellets, fly spray, new spray replacement for my hose pipe and watering can. Anne (Clitheroe branch) was filling shelves near the slug pellets and helped me with my purchase, she also got the price for the hose attachment, and showed me where the watering cans were. I went to choose some garden compost and then guess who was on the checkout when I went to pay for everything? Yes, Anne. She took my payment and promptly went with me to my car and lifted the compost into my car boot! Fantastic member of staff! She’s helpful and personable and a credit to Clitheroe Homebase.
