Excellent Click and Collect service at Dumfries
I made the use of the click and collect service for the first time.
Received an acknowledgement that the two items were ready to collect within a few minutes of placing the order via text.
Excellent, friendly service when I went into the Dumfries shop to collect the paint.

We needed various items from Homebase. Normally we’d just pop in and have a browse, but we were short of time so decided to use their click and collect service. Super easy - a text to let us know everything was ready and no time at all when we went to collect. Super friendly staff member as well. Perfect,

Dumfries staff were very helpful
Dumfries staff were very helpful. Helped me with a very large, heavy item. I never would’ve been able to get it to the car or into the car without their help.

Good service is the only reason I have…
Good service is the only reason I have given any stars ...extremely poor product but I had already used it and needed it so couldn't return it. Xmas tree stand..very poor .far too narrow to fit most tree trunks and wouldn't keep any straight.
