I purchased a lawn mower click and collect and found the experience stress free and simple, walked in the next day and collected. The very helpful lady told me of the like for like product recycle so left my old mower with her, which saved me queuing at the local recycling plant.

It was brilliant. Because my old vac/ blower was broken and my new one was milch better

Staff really helpful

Staff are abrupt and not very helpful. I ordered 10 bags of top soil and wasn't offered any help to take it to my car even though I was clearing struggling.

Ordered a click and collect and got there a bit earlier than their standard lead time, but the staff were very helpful and went and picked my order straight away so I was only waiting a short time regardless.

The staff we interacted with didn't smile or say please or thank you and didn't even ask if we had a Nectar card.

Ordered a flymo from Homebase,& as i dont have a car, i paid the extra £5 to have it delivered.
Easy to book on line, was kept informed throughout,& it arrived on the predicted day.
The flymo required some simple assembly.

Great customer service. My first time visiting this branch and was happy with the service!

Conor (Ewell) served us and was very friendly and helpful. Sadly the plants were disappointing and I think they need to pay more attention to their care.

Unnecessary questioning when returning an electric mower - the box was clearly unopened.. kinda being drilled by the cashier ..

Ordered a small Bosch shrub shear. Ordering was a doodle. Got notification all the way through and pick up in shop was very straight forward. Staff was very efficient and friendly. All well done and no complaints at all!

Every time I order I find it’s so easy. You order and it’s ready within an hour to collect. Lovely friendly helpful staff as well.

Easy online order and items waiting for me when I went to pick them up.

Ordering online was easy. About an hour after I’d ordered, I had a call to explain one item was damaged so they were unable to supply it. But helpfully they agreed to exchange it for another similar one. When I collected the order I had a small refund as the replacement was a bit cheaper. So overall it was very good customer service from Homebase Ewell, which is my general experience of the store over many years. One final thing … the items were much cheaper than Amazon and they were available quicker (although I collected them rather than being delivered).
