Arrogant woman on customer service…
Arrogant woman on customer service till. Gave disgusting looks at my family, unhelpful and ignorant when serving us. She needs to reevaluate working in customer service as she clearly doesn’t want to be there.

Successful end to a long search.
Ordered on line . The only place that had the right size mat for my location. It came on time via
Yodel, and is now in place. I had been searching for such a mat for ages.

A helpful employee would have been nice…
A helpful employee would have been nice as the one we had acted as though he really didn’t want to be there.
He was curt and offered no suggestion as to the colours we were choosing to mix. We came away wondering if there was an alternative place to go in the future. Come on Folkestone you can do better than that!

Excellent service
Thank you for excellent service with this order. I mistakenly ordered large grey storage cubes which don’t fit into the compact cube I ordered. This was spotted by Anita at the Folkestone store who called me to check. She was absolutely brilliant and while I was driving using hands-free she talked me through the options on storage that would fit the unit and we decided beige/taupe boxes would be best. She reserved the stock for me and on my arrival she processed the exchange while I selected addition shelving so I did not need a refund. I am delighted with my purchases and feel I got a better solution thanks to Anita. Please pass on my thanks to her and let her manager know she’s a star.
